~Blamescape Rules~
In-Game Rules
Rule 1: Don't flame another player or Npc.
Rule 2: Don't use ANY sort of macroning including: Autotalker, Autoclicker, Cheat client(s), Ghost mouse, Mouse recorders. etc.
Rule 3: Don't spam another player or Npc.
Rule 4: Don't abuse the ::yell command
Rule 5: Respect other players & staff members
Rule 6: Don't scam items/passwords/accounts/ real life currency from any other player.
Rule 7: Don't Xlog while in combat with another player.
Rule 8: Don't buy/sell Runescape Accounts, or any sort of RSPS account, including forum accounts.
Rule 9: Don't use chalreq in the ::yell command.
Rule 10: Don't abuse a bug/glitch (e.g behind the bank in skill area)
Rule 11: Don't do drop events with staff items, and if a staff tells you that you MAY NOT host this drop event, then you may NOT host it.
Rule 12: You may not antagonize staff/ranked members of Blamescape, thus will result in Jailtime.
Wilderness Rules
Rule 1: Level Glitching: Farcasting a player of inequivalent combat level within a higher level of wilderness in which they may not access your character with any form of combat.
Rule 2: Infinity Pking: Turning yourself invisible in any form of clothing/client to gain an unfair advantage while in the wilderness OR funpk in combat.
Rule 3: 1 iteming: Not loosing any items when you die besides inventory, this INCLUDES 1 iteming, 3 iteming, 4 iteming with Protect Item, and 0 iteming.
Rule 4: Pking with items that autokeep is NOT ALOUD.
Rule 5. If you quick switch from a weapon to ags and hit above 30 it's punishable.
~Reminder:~
All Blamescape rules DO apply in the wilderness, E.g. glitching in a sort of form not listed above, this would include: Dark bow glitching, trade glitching, level glitching, combat glitching, invisible glitching, etc.
Rules for Staff Members
RULE 10 NOW INFORCED
Rule 1: Don't leak to non staff members.
Rule 2: Don't jail/kick/ban/mute/ipban/ipmute for meaningless reasoning.
Rule 3: Don't use GFX, it laggs the client.
Rule 4: Don't Player Kill in the Wilderness NORMAL players, unless they have rightfully, flat out asked for a fight.
Rule 5: Don't Player Kill with staff items on your pure, if you die and people loot, it is equivalent to leaking.
Rule 6: Don't teleport people to donator zone, staff zone or other places without a reason (donator zone and staff zone.)
Rule 7: Don't spam text without purpose.
Rule 8: Don't use one hit items to give people unfair advantage.
Rule 9: Don't spawn npc's to help other people.
Rule 10. You MAY NOT flame back at a player if they flame you. Doesn't matter the situation. Any vulgar/derogatory/racial slurs WILL result in a serious punishment.

The punishment depends of what kind of rule is broken.
You can get Kicked, Banned, Muted, Ip'ed or Demoted.
